The high-intensity, group-focused fitness franchise will launch first two Canadian locations this year, and will be in every Canadian province by 2023
Baton Rouge, LA – REGYMEN Fitness continues to emerge as an industry leader in the boutique fitness franchising space, offering a variety of programming options that are set in a high-energy studio atmosphere to create the ultimate user experience. Now, the brand is partnering with GoodLife Fitness, Canada’s largest fitness company, to grow REGYMEN Fitness throughout the country.
GoodLife has secured the Master Franchise and development rights to Canada for REGYMEN Fitness. Launching at the end of September, the first REGYMEN Fitness studio will open inside of GoodLife’s Oakville Place location, with a second studio at the Windsor Dougall location just weeks later.

REGYMEN Fitness complements GoodLife Fitness’ current concept by offering blended high-intensity interval training, strength and weight training and boxing infused* offerings to its members to create a threefold experience taught by knowledgeable and inspiring instructors. Merging the three effective, fun and popular exercise methods has been an extremely successful endeavor in REGYMEN Fitness’ short history and is a concept that has been sought after by GoodLife Fitness members and employees alike.

Existing members of the health club have been eager to take advantage of the new REGYMEN Fitness amenities, with a tremendous response to presale memberships committed over the past five months despite the COVID-19 pandemic. And while excitement surrounding the partnership is high, safety is still a top priority for both brands. GoodLife Fitness’ Oakville Place club was built during the pandemic’s peak shutdown period, meaning its state-of-the-art design was constructed with the most up-to-date health and safety measures in mind.
The partnership isn’t just significant for GoodLife Fitness — it positions REGYMEN Fitness to grow exponentially in an entirely new, international market. For a brand that’s only three years old, joining a marketplace leader like GoodLife will make REGYMEN stand out as one of the more serious fitness franchises out there, putting them in line with concepts like Orangetheory Fitness and Oxygen Yoga and Fitness.

In addition to launching two initial locations in 2020, GoodLife Fitness plans to open locations in key Canadian cities including Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto and Calgary, and aims to have REGYMEN studios in all provinces within the next few years.

REGYMEN will be introduced to Goodlife Fitness members as a part of the performance membership, the highest level of membership offered by the brand. For members who are looking to try REGYMEN classes before committing to the performance membership, packages of one, five or ten classes will be available for purchase.
