Bronx, N.Y. (December 3, 2020) – While the stands at the Fordham University Men’s and Women’s Basketball games may be empty this season, fans can now feel more connected than ever with their favorite teams thanks to a revolutionary new Virtual Game Day Experience. Launched in partnership with leading technology customer experience company QWASI, the NCAA Division I Rams are bringing all of the action and excitement from the court right to all favorite streaming devices, free of charge.

While watching the games, participants will have the opportunity to view exclusive behind-the-scenes content, join in conversations with other fans, play trivia, and participate to earn points and win prizes throughout the season. The Virtual Game Day Experience is also ideal for sponsors working with sports teams to promote their brand and university donor development teams who are looking to personalize events for exclusive experiences.

Other special features include:

  • Access to Fordham Cheer, Dance, and Band performances
  • Answer trivia questions surrounding each program
  • Receive VIP invites to Zoom links for Pregame Watch Parties
  • Hear from Athletic Director Ed Kull
  • View student-athlete "Quarantine Q & A" highlight features

  • Watch exclusive alumni interviews from our most successful programs
  • Earn Fordham Athletics branded prizes

“Our Fordham Basketball programs have worked tirelessly to provide our devoted alumni and fans with a unique experience, despite the current circumstances,” said Ed Kull, director of athletics. “Thanks to our partnership with QWASI, we are excited to still be able to celebrate the 2020-2021 season with our Fordham faithful, which is a ‘win-win’ for us, alumni, supporters, sponsors, and donors.”
