U.S. Olympian Adeline Gray to Provide Ribbon-Cutting, Celebrate Winners of National Wrestling Contest
(FORT WORTH, Tex.) – Dollamur Sport Surfaces (Dollamur) – the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance sports flooring for wrestling, martial arts, mixed martial arts, gymnastics, cheerleading and yoga – today announces it will reveal St. Amant High School’s (Baton Rouge, La.) gym makeover on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. CST.As the winners of the #MatMakeover contest, the school’s wrestling program will receive new wrestling mats and wall pads. Three-time world champion and Olympic wrestler Adeline Gray will be present to provide the ribbon-cutting.
WHAT: Due to catastrophic flooding that occurred this past summer in Baton Rouge, the entire school was forced to temporarily close and wrestling training surfaces were ruined. The news conference will celebrate St. Amant High School’s updated wrestling gym outfitted with new Dollamur mats.

WHY: St. Amant High School was devastated by flooding to the point of closure. Its wrestling team lost equipment, trophies and all three of the programs wrestling mats. Students were dispersed into separate schools and also required to practice using a rival team’s wrestling room.

With a campaign reach of nearly 110,000 users and more than 100 total entries, voters selected St. Amant High School as the winner based on their impactful story.
