Devised to supersede Total Gym training DVDs, PRO allows personal trainers and group instructors to spend less time designing classes or workouts and more time training. Choreographed routines and detailed movement descriptions that enhance the learning process and provide phrases for cueing are updated monthly.
PRO is also loaded with pre-licensed music that can be matched to each exercise movement’s tempo to ensure entrainment or synchronization of class participants. The synchronous music drives exercise intensity, reduces the perception of effort and increases endurance by as much as 15 percent.
