FRISCO, TX (Feb. 15, 2023) – FC Dallas debuted its Texas-sized new menu items for the 2023 MLS season today at a culinary tasting in the Gallagher Club at the National Soccer Hall of Fame. The Legends Hospitality culinary team at Toyota Stadium directed by Executive Chef Erika Dabney and General Manager Kristy Rempel presented the new menu additions with FC Dallas at the showcase.
“We know FC Dallas fans love spicy, bold and fresh flavors, and more and more fans seek out vegetarian and vegan offerings,” said Chef Dabney. “Families also come to matches hungry and love to share items together in the fun environment. Our work together to develop the new additions focused on building on our successes like the Monster Taco and our delicious new-twist approaches to classics, along with vegetarian and fresh flavor menu selections. We’re so excited to bring the 2023 season’s new additions to fans.”
“The soccer match experience at Toyota Stadium is outstanding and we love creating new and next-level exciting flavors for fans, based on their continual feedback. The excellence of the food for FC Dallas matchday adds that key element of the excitement and fun, and this season’s menu has some major flavor wins,” said Rempel. “Our delicious 2023 FC Dallas season arrivals build upon our strong foundation of Chef-created fan favorites and bring even more variety as we continue to provide impressive and satisfying options for everyone.”
“We’re also so excited to launch our Everything’s Bigger in Texas Stand, where fans will enjoy big portion, shareable items for the family like our famous Monster Taco, as well as the new Double Stacked Quesadillas,” said Rempel.
FC Dallas fans at Toyota Stadium will also enjoy Coca-Cola with the stellar FC Dallas 2023 season menus. The club launched a multi-year partnership that makes Coca-Cola the official carbonated beverage and bottled water partner of FC Dallas, North Texas SC, the FC Dallas Academy and FC Dallas Youth.
