Although Henry’s name may not be widely recognized in the US market, his impact on our company and the broader industry is immeasurable.
In the early 1990s, Henry’s innovative spirit led to the establishment of Gerflor USA’s first offices in Atlanta, GA. Under his leadership, the office was launched under the Taraflex brand, specializing in sports flooring – a segment that has been remarkable growth since those formative years.
Henry Vollant was not only a trailblazer for Gerflor USA but also a mentor and guiding force for Benjamin Bachman, current CEO and President of North America. Henry’s guidance and wisdom were invaluable, shaping not only Benjamin’s professional journey but also the core values that continue to define Gerflor USA today.
