In August, Core learned that it was a victim of an alleged conspiracy aimed at unfairly taking logistics and installation jobs in violation of certain laws, rules, and regulations. Last week, Core filed suit in the United States Federal District Court for the Central District of California to hold certain people and companies accountable and to protect our customers and industry from this kind of misconduct in the future.
