Champro, a leading provider of high-quality sporting goods and team uniforms, announced two key appointments to its senior leadership team. Shylo Farnsworth has been named to the newly created position of Vice President of Marketing, and Amy Augustine has joined as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Management. The new appointments underscore Champro’s commitment to accelerating growth, elevating its brand and strengthening its operational capabilities. Both Farnsworth and Augustine are based at the company’s headquarters in Bannockburn, Ill.
As Vice President of Marketing, a role she began in September 2025, Farnsworth is leading the evolution of the Champro brand and shaping the company’s strategic marketing direction. She oversees all facets of brand development, from awareness and storytelling to go-to-market execution. In this capacity, she partners closely with the Sales and Product teams to position Champro as an industry leader known for innovation, performance and speed.
Farnsworth brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing strategy and creative direction. Before joining Champro, she served as Vice President of Brand Marketing at Quality Bicycle Products, where she oversaw the company’s portfolio of outdoor brands. She previously spent nearly 13 years at Nike, Inc., holding a series of senior marketing and creative leadership roles, culminating in her position as Global Senior Director of Brand Creative and Experience. Farnsworth earned her master’s degree in international relations from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Colorado State University.
Amy Augustine joined Champro in August 2025 as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Management. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the company’s supply chain runs smoothly and maintains on-time delivery to customers. Augustine works closely with suppliers and delivery partners to enhance efficiency and uphold Champro’s commitment to service and reliability.
Augustine has more than 20 years of experience in her field. Prior to Champro, she spent over 16 years at UScellular, most recently as Senior Director of Network Supply Chain, where she led nationwide logistics, procurement and warehouse operations. She holds an MBA in operations management and international business from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from Miami University in Ohio.
