SportsArt, a global leader in sustainable fitness solutions, has announced the launch of POWR-ZONE Columbus, the nation’s first SportsArt-sponsored fitness and well-being experience. Designed for the commercial fitness community and open to fitness consumers, the space combines immersive programming, SportsArt equipment and a community-centered mission while serving as the brand’s Midwest showroom and application-development hub. The environment showcases SportsArt’s ECO-POWR™ cardio equipment as well as SportsArt strength equipment while delivering high-performance workouts designed to inspire healthier communities and a healthier planet. The new facility represents a major milestone for SportsArt as it introduces new immersive training applications for their ECO-POWR™ cardio equipment.
The Grand Opening celebration for POWR-ZONE Columbus will take place Thursday, September 10, 2026.
POWR-ZONE Columbus is owned and operated by a new wellness and fitness entity based in Columbus, OH called WellXM with plans for national expansion. WellXM was formed by Columbus-based Involve, known for its branding and marketing work with global and national fitness, healthcare and active lifestyle brands.
Members of the media are invited to experience POWR-ZONE Columbus and POWR-ZONE Training firsthand on Thursday, September 10, from 9 a.m. to noon. Attendees can learn about the proprietary training space and see SportsArt technology in action.
The development team for POWR-ZONE Training is led by fitness industry veteran Greg Niederlander, POWR-ZONE Training is SportsArt’s proprietary small-group training program. It blends strength, cardio, conditioning and functional movement into an engaging, coach-led experience.

Built on community, social consciousness and sustainability, POWR-ZONE Columbus brings the SportsArt brand and its values to life. Its guiding belief is that serving others is more rewarding than serving ourselves.
All cardio equipment at POWR-ZONE Columbus features SportsArt’s patented ECO-POWR™ technology, which converts up to 74% of the human energy produced during a workout into clean, renewable energy and can generate up to 220 watt-hours of electricity per hour of exercise. By making energy output visible and measurable, the technology connects individual effort with its broader environmental impact.
POWR-ZONE Training blends cardio intervals, strength-based training and team-driven motivation into scalable, coach-led sessions for participants at every fitness level in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions.
The power comes from the group. Each session combines individual effort with shared achievement and concludes with a collective energy-output score, creating an experience that is both effective and impactful.
POWR-ZONE Columbus also features POWR+, an integrated on-site experience designed to enhance engagement, track progress and extend the training experience beyond the physical space.
As SportsArt’s Midwest showroom and application-development hub, POWR-ZONE Columbus will support collaboration with trainers, coaches, health clubs, campus rec centers, hospitality and all commercial fitness professionals. The space will be used to test and refine programming, create educational content and develop applications that can inspire performance on gym floors worldwide.
