ABC has a free mobile app available to all attendees and exhibitors designed to make life at the show a little bit easier. The Athletic Business Conference & Expo app is filled with information like schedules, seminar listings, speaker info, maps and exhibitor information. It will come in handy when you’re at the show.
If you downloaded the app for our show in previous years, please delete those and download the 2015 version. Each year we have a new standalone app.
Here's how to download the app to your Apple or Android device, plus a tip on how to make the most of it.
I have an iPhone and/or iPad
1. Open the App Store.
3. Install
You should see “Athletic Business Co & Expo 15” pop up, created by Guidebook Inc. Tap “Get,” then “Install.” If you’re on an iPad, you may also see the Athletic Business iPad app listed. That has free access to every issue of our magazine. Feel free to download that as well!
4. My Guides
Upon completion of the download, the app will appear on your homescreen. It will be called "ABC Expo 15." Tap the app to open it. You’ll see a screen that says “My Guides.” Select the 2015 Athletic Business Conference & Expo and you’re all set.
5. One More Step for iPad
If you’re on an iPad the first screen will say, “No guides found!” Tap “Get your first guide.” From there tap the “2015 Athletic Business Conference & Expo,” and you’re ready to go.
6. Complete
You are ready to start using the app!
Bonus Tip:
When prompted in the app to allow access to your camera and location select “yes.” Access to your camera will allow you to take and share photos in the app’s photo album section. Access to your location will enhance the capabilities of the app’s maps feature at the show. We also recommend allowing push notifications. There will only be a few throughout the show with timely reminders about upcoming events like the trade show opening or the keynote beginning. Enjoy!

5. Using the Menu
Depending on the device, you will likely be taken to a page that says "General Info." Tap the icon (the one with three horizontal lines) in the top left to display the app's full array of features. There you'll find the exhibitor list, seminar schedules, maps and more. Enjoy!
