A letter to Colorado State University employees cosigned Monday by the school's president and its athletic director notified CSU staffers that they will be able to secure two free tickets for select football and volleyball "Staff Appreciation" games.

"This fall, we’re making it even easier to come support our football and volleyball teams with two designated Faculty and Staff Appreciation games where all CSU employees can claim two free tickets," the letter from president Amy Parsons and athletic director John Weber states. "First up is the Sept. 3 CSU Women’s Volleyball match at 6 p.m. in Moby Arena against University of Northern Colorado. Then, join fellow Rams fans at Canvas Stadium for the Sept. 21 CSU Football game where the Rams will take on the University of Texas El Paso at 3 p.m., with tailgating beginning at 11 a.m.

"These special opportunities allow us to recognize and celebrate the outstanding faculty and staff at CSU, while having fun cheering on our student athletes."

Securing the two free tickets for either sport's Staff Appreciation day involves a 12-step online process, which includes the option to purchase additional tickets at discounted rates for CSU employees as well as the option to purchase parking. Tickets are delivered via email.
