Quayle III. The gift will support Virginia Athletics by advancing academic excellence, championship programs and student-athlete development. In recognition, the lobby of the forthcoming Olympic Sports Complex will bear the name of Frank J. Quayle III.

Earlier this year, Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Fla, received $100,000 from USTA Florida to further construction of state-of-the-art tennis courts at the Historically Black College. According to the university's announcement, the donation is part of a larger initiative by USTA Florida in its support of HBCU tennis programs. The funding strives to assist Bethune-Cookman as it grows and expands its tennis program and recruits more Florida students to play at the university on its first-ever on-campus courts.
