LSU Coach Punched Following Seven-OT Loss

The high-scoring football game Saturday between LSU and Texas A&M, which entailed seven overtimes, ended in a fight on the sidelines after a coach from LSU was punched by someone in apparent possession of an A&M bench credential.

According to Yahoo Sports, a spokesman for LSU said Tigers offensive coordinator Steve Kragthorpe was punched in the chest shortly after Texas A&M beat LSU 74-72. Kragthorpe, who has Parkinson’s and a pacemaker, is expected to be okay.
