The Broadview Heights Community & Recreation Center includes 50,000 square feet of new construction and now offers something for everyone.

Amenities include a natatorium with lap lanes, a lazy river, waterslides, a climbing wall, activity space, a zero-depth entry area with play features, a sundeck, modern locker rooms, family changing cabanas, a sauna, a steam room and a whirlpool. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor track, childcare services, a two-court gymnasium, an auxiliary gymnasium, casual activity and vending space, a game room, two meeting rooms, three multipurpose rooms, two group exercise rooms, a personal training studio, a cycling studio and a massage studio.

Transparency is just one key design feature incorporated into the facility, with visibility between all major program areas. From the lobby area, there are views into the fitness center, gymnasium, natatorium, meeting rooms, indoor track and vending area, allowing for clear user navigation and effective staff supervision. A large wall of windows was added to the new fitness center, allowing for views of the expansive campus.

The new Broadview Heights Community and Recreation Center is now the focal point of the community, and its campus is a regional destination for those seeking recreation.
