Representing the first phase of a campus that will eventually include a new hospital and medical office building, the Pro Health & Fitness Center Viera emphasizes creativity, high functionality and user-friendliness by promoting a natural flow into and throughout the 68,000-square-foot building.

Designed to provide comprehensive preventive and rehabilitative care, the center includes a physical therapy studio, a warm-water therapy pool, a lap pool, a walking/jogging track, group exercise studios, state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment, racquetball courts, a gymnasium, a children’s center, a day spa, a café and health education rooms.

The building’s Mediterranean exterior style complements the architectural vernacular of the east Florida coastal community, while interior spaces are modern and sleek with a color palette of warm beige tones accented with sage green and terra cotta. Wood finishes can be found throughout. Marble-veined and light-toned porcelain tiles and natural stone flooring throughout the main lobby, atrium and grand staircase create a dynamic and inviting environment that fits with the Mediterranean theme. Scroll graphics in the natatorium, group exercise studios, gymnasium and select flooring reinforce the building’s overall style.

A multilevel red tile roof, rounded corners and large arch-and-grid-pattern windows add dramatic beauty and light to the center. Carefully chosen materials, such as light-colored stucco, provide a fresh contrast to the newly landscaped grounds and local vegetation.
