Now the flagship for the Keller Parks and Recreation Department, Keller Pointe is a community center that serves the genuine needs and desires of its constituents and meets a mandate to be operationally self-sufficient.

Members have access to indoor and outdoor leisure pools, a double gymnasium, cardiovascular-fitness and strength-training areas, group exercise spaces, child-care services and a jogging track. Additional spaces open to nonmembers include a large divisible meeting room with food-service capabilities, a game room and a rentable party space that opens to provide access to the pools. A large sprayground is planned for the future.

Large amounts of interior and exterior glass visually tie all of the major spaces together. Visitors can see from the gym all the way through to the outdoor pool. Even the group exercise room combines the prerequisite privacy with views overlooking the indoor pool. All of this translates into a dynamic facility that maximizes staff visibility and control.
