Two outdoor practice and competition pools for the PharrSan Juan-Alamo Independent School District are located at Early College High School in San Juan and Memorial Early College High School in Alamo.
The project was designed for use by both the students and the community, with both facilities including dressing rooms, locker rooms, offices, classrooms and storage areas. The design includes two bodies of water: a competition pool and an instructional pool that is a 25-yard-by-25-meter pool with a depth of 3 feet to meet ADA accessibility standards. A canopy was designed to cover the competition pool, the instructional pool and seating for 250 spectators.
