Oregon State University invested in a striking renovation that further solidifies Reser Stadium as a best-in-class football facility with year
round amenities accessible to all students, athletes, faculty and staff. The west side of the stadium was entirely rebuilt to feature a 360-degree concourse. Its design — influenced by the exploratory nature of the Oregon outdoors — encourages Beaver fans to traverse the full concourse and discover new experiences. Dubbed Beaver Street, the expanded concourse connects the full perimeter of the stadium and unifies the fan experience with design details often found in an urban streetscape.
Beaver Street is a first-of-its-kind feature in collegiate sports facilities, flipping the traditional design of a football concourse so concessions areas face the field, providing all fans with an open-air direct view of the action from 15.5 feet above field level. Concessions areas are reimagined to have a storefront appearance, evoking feelings of walking along an urban streetscape while also paying homage to the food hall culture popular throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Just above Beaver Street, the club level offers premium seating options in the form of loge boxes, living room boxes, club seats and Founders Suite seats – all in one seating deck as close as 27 feet above the field. At higher elevation, an upper concourse bridge acts as a raised porch for the community, allowing any ticket holder to experience the expansive views of campus, the Coast Range and Marys Peak.
