Lake Health - Mentor Wellness Campus

This two-story, state-of-the-art facility has redefined community health care

and wellness by providing urgent care, access to medical care, and a health

and wellness fitness center to a currently underserved portion of the community and surrounding area.

Through creative space planning and design, the physical environment promotes true integration of programs and services. The medical fitness component encompasses 36,000 square feet of the Mentor Wellness

Campus. The wellness campus features degreed exercise specialists, certified personal trainers and group exercise instructors, credentialed aquatics staff and registered dieticians who are capable of helping create customized fitness plans for community residents. Amenities include four

pools (recreation, competition, therapy and whirlpool) with spectator seating, upscale locker rooms featuring men’s and women’s saunas and steam rooms, an indoor track, a two-story climbing wall, a fitness floor with

cardio and strength equipment, free weights, and a gymnasium. Group exercise rooms offer classes in yoga, Zumba, cycling, Pilates or Barre. The lobby area is home to a café.

Overall, the Wellness Campus has quickly become the nucleus for the surrounding community and has created new interaction between area residents, whether it be for urgent care, fitness or leisure.
