The Ty Tucker Tennis Center provides the Ohio State men’s and women’s tennis teams with state-of-the-art practice and competition spaces.

The facility consists of a new six-court indoor center with stadium seating for up to 450 spectators, and creates a complete indoor and outdoor tennis complex on campus to bring the athletes back into the heart of the athletic campus at Ohio State. A new entry plaza connects the indoor to the outdoor and gives continuity to both facilities.

State-of-the-art courts, locker rooms and training facilities for OSU athletes were project priorities. A new office suite on the mezzanine that overlooks the indoor and outdoor courts puts the coaches in the middle of the action, regardless of where the team is practicing or competing.

Spectator amenities include concessions, an impressive A/V system and interactive hall of fame displays. At the time of construction, the video board was the largest at any Big Ten tennis facility, providing spectators with a high-quality video experience during events. In addition to general seating at each court, loge seating allows for VIP patrons of the program to sit out in front of the rest of the spectators in between courts to allow a better view. Drink rails behind the seating allow for movement between courts as play progresses throughout a tournament.
