A Look What’s Coming to AB Show 2026 in Orlando

A Bshow Open

AB Show 2026 returns to Orlando (Nov. 17–19), bringing together athletics, fitness, recreation and military professionals for three dynamic days of learning, networking and hands-on discovery. Registration opened April 1, and attendees who act early will unlock the lowest rates of the year — along with first access to some of the event’s most in-demand experiences.

Plan ahead for the full experience

Early registration isn’t just about savings — it’s about access. Attendees will have the opportunity to reserve spots for the Nov. 17 AB Golf Classic or our facility tours, both popular outings that historically sell out fast. It also means securing preferred hotel options, including AB’s headquarters, the Rosen Plaza Hotel, and a wide range of nearby accommodations starting at just $109 per night.

First-hand learning on facility tours

Facility tours remain one of the most valuable and unique aspects of AB Show. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit premier venues, including the University of Florida, as well as local standout facilities such the Rosen Aquatic Center and Lake Highland Prep.

“The facility tours at AB Show 2026 are truly outstanding — we’ve put together a lineup of some of the most innovative and impressive venues in the industry,” says AB Show director Adam O’Brien. “What makes these tours so valuable is the opportunity to go beyond the surface and learn directly from peers who are operating these spaces every day.”

A Bshow Floor2

A conference built for real-world impact

At its core, AB Show is about delivering actionable education. Attendees can expect to learn from thought leaders both inside and outside the industry, earn CEU credits and return home with ideas they can immediately apply within their own facilities.

One of the most distinctive elements of the conference is its collaboration with four leading organizations — AORE, NAYS, NIRSA and MFA — giving attendees the opportunity to expand and diversify their education across multiple disciplines.

“AB Show offers a truly unique learning environment because attendees have the opportunity to engage with not just one, but four leading organizations in the industry,” says Alyvia Caple, AB Show conference coordinator. “We’re creating a dynamic, cross-disciplinary experience where attendees can broaden their perspectives, discover new ideas and learn from a diverse range of experts, all in one place.”

A vibrant and expansive expo floor

The expo floor will once again serve as a central hub of innovation, showcasing everything needed to design, program and operate modern athletics, fitness and recreation facilities — from emerging startups to established industry leaders.

“The momentum heading into AB Show 2026 is incredibly exciting,” says Steve Statsick, AB Show director of exhibit sales. “We’re building an expo floor that will be more vibrant and dynamic than ever, filled with innovative products, engaging activations and a diverse mix of exhibitors. It’s going to be an energetic environment where attendees can discover new solutions, make meaningful connections and experience firsthand where the industry is headed.”

Ab Show Party

Networking beyond the convention center

The AB Golf Classic at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club on Tuesday, Nov. 17, offers a relaxed environment to connect with peers, clients and industry leaders before the show officially kicks off.

“The Golf Classic at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club is more than just a great day on the course. It’s one of the best networking opportunities of the entire week,” says Statsick. “It brings together exhibitors, attendees and industry leaders in a fun setting where real connections are made and conversations flow naturally.”

Later in the week, attendees can unwind and celebrate at the AB Show Industry Party at Ole Red, held Nov. 18 from 7 to 10 p.m. The event features a live band, great food, and complimentary beer and wine — the perfect way to cap off a full day of education and exploration.

Make it more than a conference

With its Orlando location, AB Show also offers attendees the chance to extend their stay and enjoy world-class entertainment. Walt Disney World is set to debut multiple new attractions in 2026, making it an ideal time to visit, even for those who have been before.

For sports fans, the excitement continues after the show, with college football matchups featuring the Florida Gators and UCF Knights taking place Saturday, Nov. 21.

From cutting-edge education and a dynamic expo floor to unmatched networking and one-of-a-kind experiences, AB Show 2026 promises to deliver something for everyone. Come for the learning and connections — and stay for everything else Orlando has to offer.
