Two years ago, Henrico County, NOVA of Virginia Aquatics and Regency Square joined forces to create a state-of-the-art aquatics center in an old Macy’s building. A place where swim teams could compete and Henrico County Public Schools students could learn to swim. That vision evolved into the NOVA Aquatics Center at Regency. County leaders toured the facility on July 16, which is slated to open this month. Check out the video below to see the transformation from department store to natatorium.
