Minor league baseball team the Las Vegas 51s may have lost their Major League affiliation but they’re still getting a brand new stadium.

The 51s were bought earlier this year by the Howard Hughes Corporation, which announced Tuesday that it would build the team a $150 million stadium in Summerlin, Nev.

According to The Patch, The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has approved spending $80 million on a 20-year deal for naming rights to the stadium.

The 51s found out on Monday that the New York Mets were ending their player development deal with the team.

Hughes Corporation CEO David Weinreb was upbeat about the project. "The ballpark will further distinguish Downtown Summerlin as a vibrant destination and give valley residents a first-class amenity and the opportunity to enjoy professional baseball in an inviting and family-friendly environment,” Weinreb said.

The new stadium will seat about 10,000 spectators and include 22 suites, club seats, berm seating, party zones, picnic tables, and a pool.
