Earlier this week, Alabama Crimson Tide head football coach Nick Saban announced improvements to Bryant-Denny Stadium that will address safety concerns for the players and stadium staff.
This comes after an incident at Saturday’s game wherein Alabama linebacker Dylan Moses took a spill through the end zone, colliding with a security guard’s knees before impacting the wall that closely borders the playing field.

Moses finished the game with a bruised muscle, while the security guard was helped off the field. “I feel sorry for him,” said Moses. "If it wasn't for him, I'd probably be in the hospital right now because he was really in between the wall and me.”
According to ESPN, this is not the first time the stadium layout has proved problematic, though Saban said his eyes were opened by the recent play. “They're going to try to do some stuff to the stadium there to shave that little corner off a little bit and pad it up a little better,” he said.
