This innovative product can be used at home or in the commercial setting and allows the user to perform a variety of rotational movements using either elastic tubing or a cable stack connected to a 6lb medicine ball.
The Ab Ball was created by Kormell’s CEO and Founder Dr. Mike Kordecki. Dr. Kordecki has over 35 years of experience as a physical therapist and athletic trainer at all levels from High School to the NFL. He is also the inventor of such products as the Riddell Rip Kord shoulder pads and the Nautilus Glute Drive.
