Source: Johnson Health Tech North America COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. - Matrix Fitness, a global manufacturer of premium exercise equipment for commercial use, is proud to have partnered with the Challenged Athletes Foundation® (CAF) to launch the Matrix Training Facility at CAF's new Deni & Jeff Jacobs Challenged Athletes Center in San Diego, Calif. The facility provides access to fitness equipment, all donated by Matrix, encouraging challenged athletes to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle. "We're very excited to be a part of this new facility and offer new Matrix products, including the new Johnny G KRANKcycle® by Matrix, that will change the life of so many challenged athletes," said Kent Stevens, executive vice president of sales at Matrix Fitness. "This partnership is very fitting and was a natural choice for us, as our mission to inspire a healthy lifestyle aligns with CAF's goal of empowering challenged athletes to find success through physical fitness and competitive athletics, which in turn can boost self-esteem, promote independence and well-being, and improve quality of life." "We couldn't be happier to partner with Matrix on this integral part of our new facility," said Virginia Tinley, CAF's executive director. "Their donation of top of the line fitness products, showcased in the building's Matrix Training Facility, will enable CAF to host strength and resistance clinics for challenged athletes - and educate them on how to adapt to equipment in their neighborhood gyms for everyday use and improved health. Together, we are changing lives." In addition to the Johnny G KRANKcycle®, Matrix donated a wide assortment of cardio and strength products, including the T3x treadmill, E5xc elliptical, Tomahawk E Series indoor cycle, rower and numerous weight machines including the G3 functional trainer.
