BOULDER, Colorado (October 15, 2014) – Boulder, Colorado-based Eldorado Climbing Walls won the top prize at the fourth annual Wright Award. The award acknowledges Eldorado’s role as a Colorado lifestyle industry leader and the company’s positive impact on the business environment in the state. And living up to the company motto, “Everyone Should Climb”, Jerad Wells, CEO of Eldorado, donated the $3,000 award to Paradox Sports, an organization that improves people’s lives by creating physical adaptive sport communities, including climbing.

During the 20 plus years that Eldorado has been in business, the company leadership has stayed true to their Colorado roots. The design and manufacturing operations are in the heart of Boulder. Key supplies including steel, fiberglass, and lumber, are all sourced from within an hour’s drive from Boulder. As pressures to produce products overseas continues to build, Eldorado has steadfastly resisted and continues to hire, source, and manufacture locally. The Wright Award celebrates that commitment to Colorado.
