Effective March 3, 2026, List Industries Inc., Parent Company of Hallowell, has acquired DeBourgh Manufacturing uniting more than 200 years of combined craftsmanship, innovation, and commitment to American-made quality. DeBourgh has been a highly respected competitor for the entirely of our existence and we are excited to have them become a part of our family.
JR List, 3rd Generation Owner and President of List Industries and Rob Berg, 3rd generation former owner of DeBourgh were long time friends. Upon acquiring DeBourgh Manufacturing from his family several years back, Patrick Berg, 4th generation Owner and President of DeBourgh Manufacturing Company, was advised by his father, Rob, that if he ever wanted to sell the business, to contact List industries. Patrick Berg will continue to lead DeBourgh operations.
Founded in 1909, DeBourgh Manufacturing has spent 117 years building a reputation for exceptional engineering and its iconic all-American locker brand. For 90 years, List Industries has carried forward its own legacy of family leadership, customer dedication, and industry-leading storage solutions.
