Poolside Adventures®, a Pyramide USA Inc. company, is pleased to announce that the AquaZip'N® has been awarded U.S. Design Patent No. D1,147,228 for its descending track swing system. The patent was issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on September 8, 2026.
The design patent recognizes the original ornamental design of the AquaZip'N®, an aquatic attraction that combines the familiar excitement of a rope swing with the movement of a short zipline. Its angled track carries the user outward over the pool for a feet-first water entry, while the trolley automatically returns to the launch position for the next participant.

Russell I. Moy and Alexander T. Salzman are named as inventors on the patent, which is assigned to Pyramide USA Inc. The patent carries a 15-year term from its date of issuance.
Designed for commercial aquatic facilities, the AquaZip'N® gives municipal pools, camps, YMCAs, resorts, country clubs and other recreation destinations a high-energy attraction with a compact footprint. The current AquaZip'N® V3 features an outward-only trolley, a self-retracting return system and a deck-mounted design.
