Texas Prep Football Coaches Command Big Salaries

If you’re a high school football coach, you might want to consider heading to the Lone Star state, where the salaries are truly Texas-sized.

According to a report from USA Today, which reported on a story from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, 26 of the 32 coaches still leading their teams in the Class 5A and 6A playoffs earn more than $100,000 per year, and the remaining six aren’t far behind.
