Ticket Reseller Sues University of Michigan Over Policy That Allegedly Cost Him $2.5M in Revenue

A North Carolina-based ticket holder and reseller Maxim Tickets is suing the University of Michigan over the school's new season ticket policy, alleging the changes will cost Maxim Tickets $2.5 million in lost revenue. 

Kevin Brick and his ticket resale company Maxim Tickets, Inc. has sued the university for “unfair, unconscionable, and deceptive business practices” in violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act.
