A Massachusetts man made himself right at home in a New Hampshire Planet Fitness location — and was arrested as a result.
Boston CBS affiliate WBZ-TV reports that 34-year-old Eric Stagno took to the gym floor for a yoga session, but did so completely nude.
Police arrested Stagno after finding him naked and kneeling in a “yoga-type position.” He was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness and disorderly conduct.
Police Captain Brett Morgan told WBZ-TV that Stagno had apparently taken the chain’s marketing slogan to heart: “The only statement he made was that he thought it was a ‘judgment free zone,’ “ Morgan said.
Stagno was released on bail, and is due in court in September.
