Washington to Relocate State Football Championships

The last time state high school football championships in Washington were held somewhere other than the Tacoma Dome, Coolio’s “Gangsta’s Paradise” was atop the Billboard charts and Woody and Buzz were just learning to get along in the first “Toy Story” movie.

That’s changing, as the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association will relocate the games from the facility that has hosted them since 1995.
