The University of Wisconsin announced plans to renovate the south end zone at Camp Randall Stadium. The renovation is expected to upgrade the fan experience with new premium seating options, access to indoor hospitality and outdoor terraces, climate-controlled amenities and expanded premium food and beverage service. The plan is in its early stages, and the school has not yet selected an architect for the project. Itā€™s expected that the facility will slightly reduce the stadiumā€™s seating capacity, which currently sits at 80,321. ā€” UWBadgers.com

The 4,500-square-foot project will be located near the third base dugout of the baseball stadium, and include designated hitting locations and two dual-use two hitting and pitching areas. Designed by HOK, the open-air design, with exterior screen walls, will allow for the team to practice in the spring, despite the hot temperatures. ā€” KTSM.com
