A high school football game in Indianapolis was brought to an abrupt halt after a shooting outside the stadium.
According to The Buffalo News, a 16-year-old boy was wounded in the arm, and police arrested another teen after the shooting outside the stadium at Ben Davis High School.
School police reportedly chased the suspect as he ran away after the shooting, but eventually caught him.
The game against Carmel was stopped in the fourth quarter. After hearing gunshots, players scattered off the field and the game was stopped.
The victim was hospitalized but in stable condition.
Wayne Township superintendent Jeff Butts said on Twitter that no current students were involved in the incident.
