An Indianapolis man was arrested Wednesday after he fired a gun “indiscriminately” into an Anytime Fitness facility.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man inside the building with a gunshot wound to the leg. The man was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

According to the local Fox affiliate it is currently unknown whether the man was a worker at the Anytime Fitness location or a patron.

Anytime Fitness provides 24/7 access to patrons, but staff hours begin at 10 a.m. The shooting happened at around 4:30 a.m.

The suspect has been identified as 25-year-old Moses Shoaga, 25, of Indianapolis.

Shoaga is facing charges of felony criminal recklessness and misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license.
