One person is dead and two others are injured after a construction accident at Villa Park High School in Orange County, Calif., where the gymnasium was being renovated.
According to KTLA, the accident took place Thursday around 10:21 a.m. in a "construction zone," but the exact location on campus wasn't revealed.
Two workers were injured in the accident, both adults, while another was transported to a local trauma center. The other person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Students at the school suggested the accident was related to the installation of new bleachers in the gymnasium.

"They took out all the new bleachers, they re-did the floor, new air conditioners and everything. I know there are new bleachers that were delivered a couple of weeks ago that they've been working on," student Landon Hunt told ABC.
Hunt said at first he didn't know what happened because the only announcement that was made was that the school was going into lockdown.
