
A shooting at a Las Vegas fitness club Friday afternoon left two people dead, including the suspect, and at least three others injured.
According to CBS42, gun fire erupted at the Las Vegas Athletic Club on the city's west side Friday. Officers shot the suspect, who was armed with a gun, after he ran out the front door.
Police said three people who were injured in the incident had to transported to local hospitals.
On Saturday morning, the Las Vegas Athletic Clubs announced that one of its own was killed in a shooting at its northwest valley location.
In a social media post, the LVAC said longtime employee Edgar Quinonez passed away in the midst of the shooting.
The gym said it would be closed temporarily as the investigation into the shooting continues.
