PBK Sports designed three new aquatic facilities for Lamar Consolidated Independent School District — at Foster High School, Fulshear High School and George Ranch High School — to bolster its aquatic program. Each site includes an indoor training/competition pool of 25 yards by 25 meters. The pools are designed for both competitive swimming and training, as well as a fourth-grade learn-to-swim program requiring intermediate water depth at 3 feet 6 inches. Additional program uses include water polo and fitness lap swimming.

The pool shells are constructed of cast-in-place or pneumatically applied concrete. The interior finish of each pool is a proprietary aggregate plaster with porcelain tile finish for all lane lines, wall targets, depth markings, warning signs, recessed steps, toe ledges, gutter nosing, construction joint bands and all other markings within the pool shell. All aquatic interior finishes were specified to withstand the pool environment. The all-wood ceiling and structural wood beams resist corrosion and repel heavy moisture and high humidity. Additionally, independent air conditioning and dehumidification systems were installed for the pool zone and the spectator gallery.
