Parkland Village is the second of four villages within Bridgeland, a master-planned community located outside of Houston. The community encompasses more than 3,100 home sites on 1,200 acres, as well as 350 acres of parks, lakes and trails.
Parkland Village Park is the central park space for Parkland, and provides a place for residents to gather, exercise, stroll around the lake, kick a ball, play tennis or enjoy the company of others. The park includes a state-of-the-art fitness and indoor events facility with terraced lawns for outdoor events.
The pool has a wide array of features to attract residents, including lap swimming and recreation amenities for all ages. Aquatics amenities include
a 1,500-square-foot lap pool, a 6,500-square-foot leisure pool with a zero-depth entry and lazy river, and a 3,120-square-foot multilevel sprayground.
