Completed in late 2025, the FitCity Center is a state-of-the-art, multigenerational facility designed to serve as a year-round hub for recreation, wellness and community engagement. Delivered under a $13.9 million aquatics construction contract, the aquatics scope includes five bodies of water across both indoor and outdoor environments, combining durability and performance through both Myrtha stainless steel pool systems and traditional shotcrete construction. The facility features two indoor Myrtha pools, one indoor shotcrete pool, and two outdoor Myrtha pools, supporting a wide range of uses, including lap swimming, aquatics programming and family recreation.
To create a dynamic user experience, the center incorporates five Splashtacular waterslide towers — two indoor and three outdoor — as well as two aquatics play units by Vortex Aquatic Structures, providing interactive features for all ages.
The facility is supported by a highly engineered equipment package designed for efficiency and water quality, including five Neptune Benson Defender regenerative media filters, five ETS UV systems and five BECS chemical control systems. A total of 16 Paco pumps and 16 Pentair AcuDrive variable-frequency drives ensure optimized hydraulic performance and energy efficiency across all aquatics systems.
This modern aquatics environment enhances community access to swimming, recreation and wellness — establishing the FitCity Center as a premier destination for residents and visitors alike.
