Stronger. Faster. More focused. These words echo in the mission statement and brand story of Under Armour, a company focused on empowering athletes. The Stadium at The House is both at the physical heart of the Under Armour HQ campus in Baltimore and the symbolic heart of its organizational commitment.

The facility’s design intentionally uses common structural materials and shapes as an acknowledgement of Baltimore’s industrial past. The exterior solid wall facing the public entrance acts as a threshold, while vomitories and gates appear as lighter portals. The venue also boasts a solar canopy that serves as an elegant visual icon while also providing power for the facility.

The state-of-the-art venue features a multidimensional field ready for regulation high school football, as well as high school and NCAA soccer and lacrosse; an eight-lane, 400-meter competition track; and seating for 1,400 fans. Team locker rooms, public restrooms and storage are located under the grandstand, while the press box and control booth are located at the top of the grandstand. Under Armour uses the venue to evaluate its products in the pursuit of new levels of athlete performance. Infused with leading-edge tech, the facility can track and measure athletes’ performance in real time.

The Stadium at The House is an integral piece of Under Armour’s expanded campus on Baltimore Peninsula, positioning the company to better empower athletes and the community long into the future.
