A central Indiana-based developer announced a $1.5 billion riverfront development proposal. Officials with DOMO Development and its partners, including Indiana Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Eric Doden, held a meeting to unveil a proposal for the next phase of the downtown riverfront development.

According to a news release, the proposal includes an area north of the river for a 60-acre mixed-use development. Developers say the development will feature what officials say are “multi-generational housing,” as well as commercial and retail space, multiple youth/professional sports facilities, and public common spaces.
