The Dallas Mavericks' In-Season Tournament court was delayed due to a manufacturing issue.

NBA

A “manufacturing issue” prevented the Dallas Mavericks from playing on a specially designed NBA In-Season Tournament court for the team's home game Nov. 10, AP News reported.

The NBA’s new In-Season Tournament schedule this season has also come with numerous new court designs for each NBA team for the occasion. In Dallas’s case, the tournament court is silver with a darker gray stripe down the center and three images of the NBA cup. Instead, due to the production issue, the game with In-Season Tournament implications proceeded with the team’s regular home court.

It’s not the first In-Season Tournament court to experience issues ahead of gametime. In Denver, it was discovered that the three-point line had been painted too far back. The AP also reported that Indiana players complained of slipping on their tournament floor last week.

Dallas’s next home game in the tournament is Nov. 28.
