A member of the grounds crew at a Maryland high school took a lawn mower to the school's football field yesterday morning. This typically routine task was complicated by one major problem: the field isn't grass, it's synthetic turf.

Whether this was an honest mistake or some sort of prank is unknown. You'll notice "mowing" is not mentioned anywhere in any of AB's articles offering tips for maintaining synthetic turf.
