Japan and Senegal both took home wins Tuesday at the World Cup and their fans decided to celebrate in an admirable way.
Social media was flooded with images of Japanese and Senegalese fans lingering post-match to help clean up the mess left behind by throngs of spectators.
Photos and videos posted to social media that showed fans gathering trash from the stands went viral.
"Senegal achieved a historic triumph," Argentinian TV channel TyC Sports tweeted. "But their fans instead of celebrating minutes after the game are responsible for cleaning their sector before leaving #Respect."

Senegal won 2-1 over Poland, following Japan’s 2-1 win over Colombia.
This is my favourite moment of the World Cup so far; Japan fans picking up litter after their victory vs Columbia. The lessons in life we can take from the game. Why I support#class#respect#WorldCup pic.twitter.com/FyYLhAGDbi
