Last November, the aquatics industry lost one of its leaders, Randy Mendioroz. Under Randy’s leadership Aquatic Design Group (ADG) has become a worldwide industry leader, focusing on aquatic design and consulting with a reputation of providing the highest quality work product and support services in the industry.
Moving forward ADG is proud to announce that founding principal and licensed Architect Scott J. Ferrell will now serve as CEO. Scott will continue to direct ADG’s design services including production of plans, specifications and quality control. Scott has been working in the industry for nearly 40 years and has been responsible for thousands of completed projects resulting in numerous industry and design awards. “Our mission remains unchanged: to provide our clients with the best design and consulting services in the industry, and to provide completed projects that meet and exceed expectations.”
ADG is also announcing that Dennis Berkshire will now serve as company President. In this role, Dennis will oversee the daily operations of ADG and will continue to direct project management as he did in his former position as Director of Client Services. As a 30 year aquatic industry professional, Dennis has chaired a technical committee for the Model Aquatic Health Code and currently serves on the swimming pool standards board for the National Sanitation Foundation. In his 15 years with ADG Dennis has managed hundreds of successful projects and cultivated relationships with many of the best Architectural and Engineering firms in the country as well as hundreds of owners and operators.
Justin Caron will now serve as company Vice President. In this role Justin will direct business development and marketing as he did in his former position as Director of Marketing and Business Development. He will take a more active role in company vision and planning, including strategies related to expanding ADG’s position in both vertical and horizontal market spaces. Justin began his aquatic days as a six-time All-American swimmer and Captain of the Auburn national championship swim team. Since joining ADG in 2005, Justin’s drive for excellence has resulted in a proven track record for ADG and many of our industry partners.
ADG is also proud to announce the addition of 2 new licensed architects to our staff. These two staff members will complement our existing in-house professional services which include architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, and mechanical. Our staff has a combined industry experience of 180 years and has completed more than 2,500 projects. Our goal is to render services with dedication and commitment to the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, delivered in a professional manner by a team of talented individuals who love what they do.
