New Interface and Supporting Software Offers Users Prescriptive Pre-Workout Warm Up and Post-Work Out Cool Down Programs

The new software provides prescriptive direction on simple pre- and post-workout routines designed to improve the overall efficacy of the users’ workout.
Prepare-Recover software was developed for member-based commercial fitness facilities offering cardio, strength, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and group exercise options, while being the perfect solution for at-home users to bookend their workouts. The software is easily integrated into each of these different workout programs to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. A simple five-minute warm up and cool down using Power Plate will help users improve the quality of their workout and achieve their performance goals quicker, while reducing post-workout soreness and risk of injury.
