"Locker rooms. We have locker rooms with showers and a place for members to change, but we don't typically keep it open at all times, simply because we are afraid that kids will wander in when they shouldn't. We'd like to offer this space to our customers, but with limited access."

"In the past 13 years we have seen a dramatic decline by our patrons utilizing our racquetball courts. This decline is inclusive of the academic classes offered, noontime faculty matches and intramural sports/special events tournaments. To better meet the needs of our department and those of our patrons, we have eliminated three courts to include an entrance to our fitness center, men's and women's bathrooms and a meeting room. Additionally, we have plans to renovate two courts into a functional training studio and a golf simulation studio."

"The waning popularity of racquetball/handball/squash has hit us pretty hard. Our courts are underused and we have trouble getting enough students in classes to justify the space. We are in the process of converting some to other uses such as a cycling room and a mat room."
