Tulane Athletic Department Requiring Staff to Sign Gambling NDA

Amid a nationwide surge in sports gambling and a high-profile scandal involving several athletes at the University of Iowa and Iowa State, the Tulane University athletic department is requiring coaches and staff to sign a sports betting nondisclosure agreement.

According to Casino.org, citing a report last week by Sports Illustrated, the NDA requires team officials to pledge that they won’t release inside information regarding players or teams to outside parties.
